Ocean City offers eight miles of pristine beaches, perfect for sunbathing, swimming, or strolling along the surf. The famous 2.5-mile boardwalk is lined with charming shops, delicious eateries, and classic amusements that bring joy to every generation.

Whether you’re craving saltwater taffy, a thrilling ride at Playland's Castaway Cove, or a peaceful bike ride with ocean views, Ocean City has it all. Known for its family-friendly atmosphere and alcohol-free community, it’s the ideal destination for relaxation, fun, and making lasting memories.

Beginning Monday, June 15, 2026 and every Monday through September 7, 2026, catch the bus from one of our three convenient pick up locations and spend the day on the beach or boardwalk in Ocean City, NJ.

OCNJ Beach Bus

Arrive Ocean City at 10:30 am

Bus will drop off at the 13th Street Bathhouse

FREE use of OCNJ Beach Tag included in price of shower fee ($10) for first 100 customers every day at the 13th Street Bathhouse! A deposit is required for beach tag use. One drivers license holds 4 tags, or $20 cash per borrowed tag. Deposits are locked in a safe place and will be returned when tag is returned.

Please note:
** This is a freetime trip and you will be on your own once you arrive.
** The bus will open from 3:30pm to 4:30pm if you need to return any items to the bus.
** The 13th Street Bath House will be closed AFTER LABOR DAY.
** Beach tags will not be needed for trips after Labor Day.
**Passengers have reported that many vendors are Cash Only.

Bus will depart from Ocean City at 6:30pm
